Rapid Car Cash is not a dealer, broker or participant any the transaction between you and the participating dealer in any way other than providing a service for dealers to connect them with you because you  want to sell your car.

To be eligible for the $500 payment guarantee you must present a written (or internet based) offer from Carmax or Carvana.  You must have disclosed to them any major defects that your vehicle has, including among other things any past accidents, major mechanical problems, water, flood or other types of damage. The participating dealer reserves the right to obtain another quote online from Carmax or Carvana in which all defects are properly disclosed.

The participating dealer is not entering into a binding agreement to purchase your vehicle if and until you have provided all requested information and completed all applicable transaction documentation to the satisfaction of the dealer.  Any offer is made by a Participating Dealer and not Rapid Car Cash and any vehicle sale transaction in connection with Rapid Car Cash is between a participating dealer and you. Rapid Car Cash is not party to any such transaction.
